Cakemate does not store your complete payment information.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of edible food products, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
