Founded in 1869, the AAK Group is a business house with a legacy of over 150 years, built on the values of quality, reliability, consistency, and customer-centricity. From its origins in commodity exports, the Group has grown into a diversified organization with interests in international trade, food ingredients, bakery solutions, and manufacturing Guar Gum Powder.

In 1997, the Group established Uni Colloids Impex Pvt. Ltd. to bring premium bakery and confectionery ingredients to the Indian market. Through its flagship brands SELBOURNE® and LEBOURNE®, the company offers a range of chocolate, cocoa, fondant, and specialty bakery ingredients to bakeries, food processors, and HoReCa businesses.

Recognizing the growing demand for innovative bakery decoration solutions, we expanded our operations with the launch of Dynamic Food Ingredients, a specialized manufacturing division dedicated to value-added bakery and confectionery decorations. Under our flagship brand CAKEMATE®, we manufacture a wide range of premium decorating products, including sugar sprinkles, sugar sheets, sugar paste, edible decorations, and customized bakery solutions designed to inspire creativity and enhance product presentation.
